Today, as the owner of a brand-new event resourcing company, his focus remains on fostering long-term relationships – both with clients and with the people TWS are nurturing to become the next generation of event professionals.

Since joining us in early 2022, Aleks has swiftly ascended from Trainee Crewman to Operations Assistant & Crew Manager. Fluent in English, French, and Polish, Aleks's linguistic skills enable seamless communication and problem-solving on-site, guaranteeing the highest level of productivity through meticulous attention to detail.
