Matt’s 20 years in the industry has spanned every type of live event, from festivals to conventions and public ceremonies. Today, as the owner of a brand-new event resourcing company, his focus remains on fostering long-term relationships – both with clients and with the people TWS are nurturing to become the next generation of event professionals.

Starting as one of our crew members three years ago, Louie's unwavering work ethic has propelled him to his current role, overseeing everything from back-office operations to on-site management, ensuring the seamless delivery of top-tier crew services for every event.

Erica brings a wealth of international experience to the table, with a background in fundraising, event planning, and finance spanning over a decade. As the first point of contact for all your booking needs, Erica ensures that every task and project is executed with precision and efficiency.

 

ALEKSANDER SIELACHOWSKI

Operations Assistant & Crew Manager.

Since joining us in early 2022, Aleks has swiftly ascended from Trainee Crewman to Operations Assistant & Crew Manager. Fluent in English, French, and Polish, Aleks's linguistic skills enable seamless communication and problem-solving on-site, guaranteeing the highest level of productivity through meticulous attention to detail.
